Experience  relevant  to  resethlement  and  compensation  in  WB  / ADB funded  project  would  be  preferred .  post  no 2; Institutional  Development  Specialist ;  Master  / Sixteen  years  qualification  in  Civil   Engineering  / Project  public  Adminstration  / Development  Economics  or  relevant  discipline  and  having   excellent  understanding  of  development ,planing  and  instituion  affairs  with  at  least  05  years  of  relevant  experience,  the  candidate  having  work  expeerience  in  public  sector  instituional  and  regulatory  framework  will  be  preferred .
