Position:
The person will take part in leading the organization’s software engineering function in its Lahore office to develop cutting edge wireless communication embedded software. Tasks:
- Coordinate and head software engineering groups
- Work with software architects and engineers to understand product requirements and project plans
- Efficiently and competently manage development and team member issues
- Work with stakeholders i.e. managers, architects, team leads to achieve R&D goals
- Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate feedback
- Assist in the planning of software projects
- Implement and monitor quality processes
