of all on-going and upcoming projects, including record keeping of both hard and soft copies of project documents, meeting minutes, manuals, policies, and other official documents.
· Assist in organizing ESMT meetings, Monthly Progress Review Meetings, etc.
· Assist in setting up meeting agendas, recording minutes, following up on key action points, disseminating key decisions to the relevant for their compliance/implementation
· Assist in preparing Monthly Progress Reports (Financial and Technical).
· Assist in follow-up with various projects for their Monthly Progress Updates Tracker and Project Briefs.
· Assist in developing project reports, presentations and other relevant material as required.
· Assist in making SMT travel, logistics and hotel arrangements (both Domestic and International).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Required:
Expertise in use of Project Management tools, MS Office; especially, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and adjust to challenging working condition; Stiff Timelines to meet, almost 15 projects to manage/track; ability to manage workload efficiently; organizing back-to-back weekly and monthly review meetings, preparing minutes and rigorous follow-ups of key action points with Programme Implementation teams.
Proficient in report writing and documentation.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Good coordination skills.
Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage
