J Telemarketing is seeking dynamic and tenacious Sales Executives with a strong telesales background for its UK Campaign and offering them a very lucrative package in terms of salary starting off at a basic salary of 45K per month plus incentives, bonuses & commissions and a medical insurance plan as well. The candidates should have an exceptional command on English language (Speaking, listening & Understanding) along with decent British ascent. People who have lived or worked in the UK would be preferred. Candidates who have experienced in UK based Call Center Campaigns in a senior capacity within their teams are required to apply for this position. Your main duties will be to Call UK customers, generate Leads and transfer the call to a Closer. Achieve and exceed targets as set by the Sales Team Manager. Deliver performance by meeting KPIS and business service level agreements. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features. Maintains call center database and campaign related systems by entering accurate information. Determines requirements by working with customers. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions. Adaptable to change and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
