Job Duties:
            i)Examination of Court cases filed for and against Federal Government before different courts and tendering legal opinion on references received from other Ministries/Divisions/Federal Departments and Foreign Countries concerning with petitions, service matters, civil suits/appeals, labour and criminal cases and service of summons etc. in terms of Rule 14 of the Rule of Business 1973.

ii)Nomination of Law Officers as well as Govt. Panel Advocates and Advocates on-record in the Court Cases involving Federal Govt., before different Courts and Tribunals and settlement of their professional fee.
iii)Inland as well as International Arbitration.
iv)Preparation of pleadings and attending the courts when necessary.

Eligibility:
            Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits
            Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.

Qualification/Experience required:
            Bachelor’s degree in Law OR equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years post qualification experience of work in judicial OR Legal appointment OR practice as an Advocate of High Court.

Note:
            Candidates who have experience as an Advocate of a High Court are required to provide a detailed Cause List and a Certificate of having more than 10 years of active practice duly verified by the Registrar High Court.
