- Keep close contact with Government & Non-Government agencies like EOBI, PESSI, PTCL, WAPDA, LDA, WASA, Labor Department and Police etc, for smooth working at Plant and for the better provision of services to the employees.
- Control essential services such as telephone, faxes, courier, postal services, pick & drop of officers & workers.
- Supervise plant cafeteria, and ensure provision of hygienic food to the employees.
- Transport management.
- To assist Admin manager in recruitment of workman, i.e. interviewing, short listing, reference checking, etc.
- Scrap Handling.
- To physically check employees on duty/overtime.
- To ensure proper cleanliness in the factory
- Labor dealing/ grievance handling.
- Security Management.
