Project Manager– Operations Abacus Consulting

Job Description:
  • Manage all activities including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance for the project.
  • Guide the Operations Managers to reduce staff attrition.
  • Coordinate with other departments for the smooth running of day to day business and to facilitate team and customers
  • Close coordination with the client to ensure that the client expectations are met.
  • Ensure that all the operations related complaints and problems are resolved timely.
  • Supervise Operations Manager and give advice to achieve highest level of quality.
  • Ensure that the required RCM and pre-defined SLAs are met through Operations Managers.
  • Develop and implement career growth plan for the operations staff.
  • Oversee strategy and technology implementation to achieve continuous improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of the services.
  • Assures that contract compliance, documentation and information is up to date.
  • Provides the lead role in client communications in matters of support performance reporting, billing, systems, staffing, product development, and complaints.
  • Ensure that one back up is developed for this position.
  • Present Monthly Report to the higher management.
