- Manage all activities including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance for the project.
- Guide the Operations Managers to reduce staff attrition.
- Coordinate with other departments for the smooth running of day to day business and to facilitate team and customers
- Close coordination with the client to ensure that the client expectations are met.
- Ensure that all the operations related complaints and problems are resolved timely.
- Supervise Operations Manager and give advice to achieve highest level of quality.
- Ensure that the required RCM and pre-defined SLAs are met through Operations Managers.
- Develop and implement career growth plan for the operations staff.
- Oversee strategy and technology implementation to achieve continuous improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of the services.
- Assures that contract compliance, documentation and information is up to date.
- Provides the lead role in client communications in matters of support performance reporting, billing, systems, staffing, product development, and complaints.
- Ensure that one back up is developed for this position.
- Present Monthly Report to the higher management.
