Job Description:

The Lead Evaluator will have the overall responsibility for conducting the evaluation. S/he is expected to possess an overall experience of at least 10 years including conducting evaluations of donor funded (bilateral and multilateral donors like DFID, USAID, KFW, AFD, WB, ADB, ISB) projects in Pakistan preferably in conflict affected areas and a Masters degree in a development-related field. S/he must be fluent in English and able to write English to internationally accepted standards. This would include a review of the documents, creation of instruments, data collection, data analysis and writing of the final report. The lead evaluator will need to have worked extensively on evaluations with expertise in survey management and analysis as well as report writing. S/he should have a Masters degree in International Development and/or Diplomacy or related field from a foreign accredited University. In addition, s/he should also have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact credibly with senior officials and parliamentarians. The Field Psychologist (FP) will provide support to the Lead Evaluator in the preparation and carrying-out of the evaluation, specifically covering the psychological aspect of the evaluation. S/he is expected to possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience and a Masters degree in Psychology.

Skills Required:

Must have worked with bilateral and multilateral donors agencies like DFID, USAID, KFW, AFG, WB, ADB, IDB, HEC, or other international NGOs Extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of donor funded projects. Expert in data collection Excellent English language (reading, writing, speaking) Excellent report writing skills (International level) Expert in local language Capable of extensive traveling in all cities of Pakistan including all FATA agencies, AJK
