Job Description:

The Field Evaluator is expected to possess at least five years of work experience including data collection experience of qualitative data and a master degree in a development related field. S/he will provide support to the Lead Evaluator in the preparation and carrying-out of the evaluation. The Field Psychologist (FP) will provide support to the Lead Evaluator in the preparation and carrying-out of the evaluation, specifically covering the psychological aspect of the evaluation. S/he is expected to possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience and a Masters degree in Psychology.

Skills Required:

Must has worked with bilateral and multilateral donors like, AFID, USAID, KFW, AFD, ADB, WB, IDB, HEC. on Monitoring and Evaluation Projects Expert in data collection Good coordination skills Excellent English language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking) Excellent report skills (in English language) Expert in local language
