Job Description:

The ideal candidate should: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering. Should have 2-4 Years of experience in telecom sector Job Description Perform Network Level KPI monitoring, optimization. Utilize depth knowledge of RF Optimization KPI’s, algorithms, parameters for department project Coordinate with relevant teams (Internal/ Vendor) for early resolution of critical issues. Schedule and plan the execution of Drive Test, subsequent analysis, and to ensure the timely generation of DT reports. Analyze Neighbor inconsistency reports and timely execution of relevant WOs. Arrange and conduct meetings (Internal and with vendor) to review the overall network performance. Administer upgrades of the tools/software used in optimization in coordination with other relevant teams. Involve in day to day critical operational issues. Essential Skills Should have strong technical skills. Should have an in-depth knowledge of RF KPIs Should have RF Optimization working experience on Huawei equipment Should have good Interpersonal and communication skills Should have strong project Management skills and vision to contribute to company targets. Desirable Skills Should have Expert level Proficiency in MS Office and Project and all tools related to RF Optimization department. Must have the ability to work under pressure.
