Job Description:
The ideal candidate should
  • Be a CA inter / finalist or ACCA with articles completed. Project Management Institute certification (PMP) will be a plus.
  • Have 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in the areas of information system development, implementation and operations of ERP, point of sales and other information system / software’s and applications, etc. Experience with Telecommunication Operator(s) will be preferred.
Job description
  • Organize and prioritize multiple complex projects, with proven project management skill; Facilitate the definition of projects' scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the impacts and interdependencies between projects and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the projects.
  • Develop full scale project plans, where required, hold regular status meetings with project team(s) and communication regarding project status, risks and issues.
  • Create and execute project work plans, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiate changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Develop/Communicate project management standards and best practices and effectively apply and enforces project standards to minimize Company's exposure to risk on projects.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Perform project evaluations and assessment of results.
Essential Skills
  • Should be able to meet deadlines and under pressure
  • Should have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of techniques and tools of project management
  • Should be proficient in operating MS Office.
  • Should have strong analytical and report writing skills
Desirable Skills
  • Should be self-driven with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Should have sound co-ordination and follow up skills
  • Should have Knowledge / experience of Oracle ERP
